We want to ensure renting with Boot Team PM is a pleasant experience. We provide a few services to our residents to make life a little easier.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AVAILABILITY

Our property management team is available to assist you Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm at 682.472.3422. We are closed Saturday and Sunday for Family & Worship. Our Maintenance Team is available 24 hours a day for emergency issues at 817.988.6763. If you have a non-emergency maintenance request please complete a maintenance request through our Maintenance Request Portal.

RESIDENTIAL SERVICE PACKAGE

This is a package required with each lease agreement. It is an extra $30/month. It covers air filters delivered to your door step when they are ready to be replaced. This is just one less thing you have to worry about. It provides so many benefits. Please see fly for details!

Rhino

Rhino is a way for the renter to skip paying a big security deposit upfront. Instead, it allows the renter to pay a low monthly fee to insure the rental property. This is not renters insurance in the sense that it does not cover your personal possessions in the home. It insures damages tot he property. You must be able to apply for a Rhino policy to be eligible to rent from us. The monthly cost of this is dependent on your personal credit factors.

Boot Team PM & Pets

Most of our properties are pet friendly. We use petscreening.com to screen your pet. Pet screening information is below. We have monthly pet fees associated with the score your pet receives.

Small Pet Fee - $10 fee per month. Ex. bird, rabbit, hamster, gerbil, guinea pig, reptile, etc. Farm/exotic breed animals are on a case by case.

Fish tank - $10 per tank.
